ANYONE recall the web bots said there would be much confusion over this election and it wouldn't fully play out/settle down until February or March of 2009?
If the Supreme Court does hear this, they may be facing invalidating the whole election (riots in the streets, blacks enraged,etc.) or changing the constitution to allow him to serve if he's not a natural born citizen.

Where can we live and be safe if the Supreme Court will not uphold the Constitution upon which the law of our land is based? If Obama is eligible, then he has nothing to fear and everything to gain by revealing all. If he has won the election legally, then so be it. But, winning an election through fraudulent means is not a legitimate win. If Obama is not eligible, then he committed fraud on a massive scale. If he is eligible, then better to firmly establish that once and for all. There is legitimate reason to question his eligibility. Let's deal with this issue and move on.
And, I'd guess that a democrat will still take the presidency if Obama is ruled ineligible. |

The supreme court will not care about the impact. They will interpret the constitution. The requirements for running for president is very clear. Obama's status will meet them or will not. This will be cut and dry. That being the case, this should have a unanimous decision one way or the other. Their power will extend to all fifty states if they find a violation to the constitution.
I voted for Obama but if he is not illigible then I will be pissed at him and the Democratic party but not SCOTUS. It may sound corny but my loyalty is to America first not the Democratic. Seriously, fuck Obama is he not illigible and I know there are a lot of people that voted for him that feel the same as I do. Biden would be president and Nancy Pelosi will be vise president. |
