Now, HAARP is using these fake rainbows for something. I think HAARP is using them to alter the magnetic field to change weather, but that's just speculation.

HAARP points straight up and cannot reach the area over China or any other of the areas you describe as being hit by HAARP earthquakes. It is designed to use frequencies that are easily absorbed by the ionosphere so no power is left over to cause earthquakes. It heats the ionosphere and causes aurora just like the Sun does. Those types of rainbows were seen long before HAARP came into existence. You are looking at rainbows and variations of rainbows called iridescent clouds, glories, fogbows, corona, etc.

It is just refraction through the water droplets and ice crystals in the atmosphere.
HAARP only puts 3 microwatts per square centimeter into the ionosphere. That is 0.000003 watts per square centimeter. A large solar flare can dump over 10 watts per square centimeter into the upper atmosphere. What HAARP transmits is over 300,000 times smaller than a large solar flare. HAARP does make small aurora, not rainbows, and is used to study the ionospheric structure and chemistry.

Strange for this supersecret weapon they would go to Beijing and say here is what HAARP does. I have also found many papers from authors in Japan, Norway, Peru, Australia, UK, Canada, Sweden, France, and even Russia.
