I am sorry to disagree with you, but rainbows have been sighted ever since man looked up from his campfire. I've seen these double rainbows since I was a child and there are ancient accounts for all the arc phenomena we still see today.

The images of mine you have used as proof for artificial construct betrays MY experiences and my research that this REFRACTION of light is a natural occurence, whether or not a cloud comes from man-made pollutants from an aircraft, a sprinkler on the ground or natural clouds and precipitation caused by natural dust nuclei.

HAARP has far more sinister uses than to put on a light show for us.

Don't they teach kids anything worthwhile in school anymore? Haven't any of you played with prisms?

Most of HAARP is receivers designed to monitor the ionosphere and Earth's magnetic field and is used by the international community. Also, HAARP rarely transmits. When HAARP does transmit it is just a big shortwave radio transmitter, transmitting narrow beams between 2.8 and 10 MHz, straight up. The maximum total radiated power is 3.6 megawatts. The maximum effective radiated power is 2.2 gigagwatts. The ratio tells you how tightly focused (narrow) the beam is.

HAARP points straight up and cannot reach the area over China or any other of the areas you describe as being hit by HAARP earthquakes. It is designed to use frequencies that are easily absorbed by the ionosphere so no power is left over to cause earthquakes. It heats the ionosphere and causes aurora just like the Sun does. Those types of rainbows were seen long before HAARP came into existence. You are looking at rainbows and variations of rainbows called iridescent clouds, glories, fogbows, corona, etc.

It is just refraction through the water droplets and ice crystals in the atmosphere.

HAARP only puts 3 microwatts per square centimeter into the ionosphere. That is 0.000003 watts per square centimeter. A large solar flare can dump over 10 watts per square centimeter into the upper atmosphere. What HAARP transmits is over 300,000 times smaller than a large solar flare. HAARP does make small aurora, not rainbows, and is used to study the ionospheric structure and chemistry.

Strange for this supersecret weapon they would go to Beijing and say here is what HAARP does. I have also found many papers from authors in Japan, Norway, Peru, Australia, UK, Canada, Sweden, France, and even Russia. NO, it is not strange at ALL!! How many "tours" of our freaking military installations have been conducted by our own government hosting the commie Chinese, etc.? The LARGER point is that in popular parlance "HAARP" has become a catch-all phrase for these installations that are around the world so is not limited to the Alaskan array. Anyone who has researched the system would KNOW that it is just one of MANY.

In the future, to avoid confusion it would be wise to ask the other party to DEFINE TERMS to make sure you're on the same page.
