Yes. This is my opinion. This is not an usual terrorist attack.

Pakistan would not go to "war" in a conventional sense: it would be destroyed. Instead, they will continue to pick-away at India. For what reason, I have no idea.

According to NDTV, the Indian PM has informed the Pakistan PM that there is enough evidence of Pakistani involvement.

That makes sense. Of course if India realises this, they will attack Pakistan.

They gave names and details.. rabbi's son escaped with the hotel cook during evacs, but rabbi & wife were already dead at that point.

Either strong and angry denial or a message of co-operation. But following recent reports of India's opinion, i'd say the blame game is becoming bigger and Pakistan wont stand for it.
