How would you know from such an inferior quality vid? Just what are your credentials?

I'm a 3d artist fluent in Maya, 3DS, After Effects ect. the latter of which was most likely used to create this effect, I could pull it off it much less than an hour, it's cheap and nasty looking, the glow effect was very local, there was no glowing on the newscaster, and besides a light that bright would cause a darkening of the picture untouched by the glow as the cameras aperture compensates.

If your credentials were true as you say, then you would also know that you could only make such an analysis with a high quality vid, or better yet, the original. If you have that, then please post it.

Otherwise, your analysis on the posted vid doesn't cut it.

I showed this to my russian wife. She told me the newscast was actually faked by that local news station by it self to get more attention. This is not even russia, but somewhere in ukraine and they get no ratings prob. My wife told me, in school they actually had courses/lessons on these type deceptions, because it is a common practice in russia. Not to fake just because, but to get more attention/money. You will never hear this type of thing going on in US, since this most likely would be done by an amateur and not a local news station. I can tell you I work at a local news station here in NY and we never done a UFO story ever. Nobody can even go that far to make something fake. However, in russia/ukraine its a common practice.

It is fake because the illumination of the ground behind the ufo is only when the entire ufo is in screen. If it was true the ground would be illuminated from start.
