Custom smilies....custom avatars

Hey.........just a cotton pickin' minute there.


I just tried to access the custom smilies and custom avatars section....and I was told that this is a restricted area, reserved for advanced members only.


Well.......let me tell you.....I done gone an' got me a payin' member account, so I did.


Don't make me contact my MP (Member of Parliament) about this.


I'll be writing a letter about this, you know.
