Valerian is useless. So are all the other "calming" herbs.

It actually makes my heart race and gives me nightmares. But maybe I'm just strange.

I find the only thing that remotely helps my anxiety is a benzodiazapine. Nothing else, nada. I've tried ALL the natural remedies without much success.

Benadryl just makes me sleepy and tired. That's all. Doesn't do anything for anxiety.

Codeine is very good too. Had a tooth ache once and damn that stuff worked like a charm. lol
