In this case Ezekiel was not a prophet but more of an historian describing a two thousand year past event in his own time. Google four-lobe pinion-pulley |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 528771 Look at this photo then read the article. [link to i384.photobucket.com] Ezekiel 1:4 – “And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness [was] about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.” Ezekiel was a messenger of Elohim. Ezekiel was bound by covenant to perform certain functions and satisfy certain roles while incarnated into an Earthen vessel (flesh body). For some reason it was important to the mission of the Elohim to visit Ezekiel. This may have been because he needed to be updated on certain events or because there was a change in his role and he needed to be notified immediately. The Elohim would not have descended upon the Earth possibly causing a commotion unless the necessity for revealing themselves outweighed the desire for security. The mothership, which is stationed beyond the Earth’s sphere, has a camouflage utility. Our eyes recognize certain bands of frequencies within the Earth and our brain assigns them an attribute, such as the color red. The Elohim have a perfect understanding of the human flesh and know that by emitting certain frequencies from their ship they can conceal or layer their ship with any color pattern they choose, thereby camouflaging themselves from the human eye. This time the ship came from the North, camouflaged by a cloud of fire. This was the same color pattern that was used to guide the Israelites out of Egypt during the Exodus. The color pattern was changed to look like smoke during the day and changed to look like fire in the night. Ezekiel 1:5 – “Also out of the midst thereof [came] the likeness of four living creatures. And this [was] their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.” Upon the motherships descent into the lower atmosphere, four messenger ships were dispatched. Motherships don’t come close enough to the Earth to actually touch down on soil. Smaller spacecraft are sent out when communicating to humans within the Earth. Ezekiel 1:7 – “And their feet [were] straight feet; and the sole of their feet [was] like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.” When the messenger ships landed, they hovered over the ground for a short time before extending their landing gear. In this case, the ‘feet’ are simply the kickstands to support the ship while it is ‘idle’ mode. Ezekiel 1:22 – “And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature [was] as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.” The crystal that stretched forth over their heads is simply the window that the pilot sees through when navigating the ship through our terrain. Ezekiel 1:24 – “And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.” This describes the noise of the chariots themselves. Anything with working components on a large scale is going to generate noise. Ezekiel 2:1 – “And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.” Someone with high heavenly authority began briefing and updating Ezekiel on his mission.
