I've been consuming diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide, for the very reason that it increases oxygen levels at the cellular level. Gargling with it versus drinking it should result in elevated oxygen levels that could make its way up that little canal.

Alternately i've read that humming increases the oxygen uptake to about 95 percent versus regular inhalation/exhalation which can be in the 5-10 percent range.

There is no such thing as being ready is there?
