Interesting. It's good for all of us to hear from the experienced, thanks. Humming is the way they teach babies to swim underwater. Again interesting. The whole pineal gland cleaning thing or lack of information in MSM and or banning the solutions that help the gland are all to stop people from being ready. But the "ready" is the being ready for dying and sending your spirit on the correct path. The pineal gland is the last spot in this reality for those 22 grams of existence. So for you, the H2O2 experienced, you are indeed ready for when the time comes to leave your physical body. If you don't clean up this gland then your soul is trapped from escaping via the pineal gland. That's the secret they do not want you to know about. If a famous person started preaching the above secret then you would see a heart victim running naked through the streets. I've been consuming diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide, for the very reason that it increases oxygen levels at the cellular level. Gargling with it versus drinking it should result in elevated oxygen levels that could make its way up that little canal.
Alternately i've read that humming increases the oxygen uptake to about 95 percent versus regular inhalation/exhalation which can be in the 5-10 percent range.
