3. quit all fast food
4. quit direct/indirect sugar intake or take as little as possible
5. little oil in food
6. daily walk a mile or two
7. drink atleast 3 liters of water

you'll see your weight going down sharply + you'll be doing yourself a favor by avoiding chemical poisons.
