Quoting: Anonymous Coward 566999LMAO. I played termite, mite and midget. Lawsuit Protecting America's National Security From Obama 12/06/2008 [link to www.freerepublic.com] Posted on 6-12-2008 12:33:21 by America2012 Since it's very obvious now that Barack Obama is NOT a "natural born" U.S. citizen and therefore unqualified to be President of the United States, has anyone considered filing a lawsuit to protect America's national security secrets, nuclear launch codes and the military chain of command in the event Obama is somehow sworn in as President? The lawsuit could state that Obama is not a "natural born citizen" based on all the evidence from the multitudes of lawsuits being filed against him regarding his citizenship status and thereby makes him unqualified to hold the office of President. The lawsuit would prevent him from having access to national security secrets kept by the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, the Pentagon and other intelligence agencies, access to the launch codes of America's nuclear arsenal and access to the military chain of command in order to prevent Obama from giving illegal orders that would jeopardize U.S. national security. This kind of lawsuit needs to be filed to protect America and hopefully somebody with the money and access to the court system can do it. |

No you didn't. You could have sued for age discrimination. You could have played ball somewhere else. Did you know that you don't even need a driver's license to operate a motor vehicle? EDIT to add: There is nothing that requires Obama to provide proof of his eligibility. THe onus would be on his opponents to prove that he is not in fact eligible. When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. Obama only produced a "Certification Of Life Birth" (COLB), which is not enough to meet the constitutional demands |

One is required to show their birth certificate to play football, but Obama thinks he shouldn't have to show his birth certificate to be PRESIDENT!! Who does this guy think he is? The anti christ, or something? He has some audacity to come from Kenya and usurp the highest political position in the world---and to think he was able to do it without proving his creditentials for the job. Wake up, AMERICA!! But I am afraid it is already too late. America has cried for a king too long, and the Lord is going to give her the change she has being crying for. I am thankful I know the Lord. I don't know what terrible things are going to befall this once-wonderful nation, but I am thankful I know the Lord Jesus. |

Quoting: JackintheboxConvinced of what? That Obama isn't eligible? Too late now even if he isn't. You didn`t answer my question...and besides that it isn`t to late yet: “The Electoral College consists of the popularly elected representatives who formally select the President and Vice President of the United States; since 1964 the electoral college has had 538 electors. In 2008, it will make this selection on December 15.” Barrack Obama HAS NOT been elected President of the United States of America. American voters DO NOT decide who will be President of the United States of America. Obama Has NOT Been Elected President It is the Electoral College that elects the President. Since The United States Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787, a President has always been picked by Electoral votes, not the citizen’s votes. It is sheer ignorance to believe otherwise. Wikipedia.org explains easily enough that a Junior High School kid can understand, just how our system of picking a President has always worked, “The United States is the only current example of an indirectly elected executive president, with an electoral college comprising electors representing the 50 states and one federal district.” “The Electoral College consists of the popularly elected representatives who formally select the President and Vice President of the United States; since 1964 the electoral college has had 538 electors. In 2008, it will make this selection on December 15.” “Rather than directly voting for the President and Vice President, United States citizens cast votes for electors. Electors are technically free to vote for anyone eligible to be President.” This has been the Supreme Law of our Country for over 200 years! Now, why don’t our politicians and major newscasters know that? Could it be that they do know it and just don’t want the citizens to know? |
