Personally, it's just a release and it happens when things get overwhelming.

Women carry a lot inside them; if you knew what we dealt with on a daily basis, you'd probably cry too.

Actually, I recommend that men "allow" themselves to cry when necessary. The release of emotion is amazing; the "dumping" of emotion allows for a new, more calm perspective.

That's why women watch sad movies. You cry and get it out of your system. I only get emo a week before "aunt Flo" shows up. I cry watching freaking commercials.

I am tough as nails and hate wimps any other time. I also have a hormonal imbalance and my heart races at that time and i am exhausted and prone to migraines, so yes, I cry, it's better than the alternative, which is a near psychotic screaming episode.

You do not know how to communicate. There is always a reason. We do not cry for no reason. Communicate better with whomever is crying in front of you, and you will find out why she is crying. Oh, and grow up while you're at it.

I do get pretty emotional during sporting events sometimes but I'm a pretty good guy most of the time.
