Obama NOT born in the USA OR Kenya!

If Barak was really born in Hawaii then, he still was born outside the USA.

In 1993, Clinton and Congress signed a joint resolution which became Public Law 103-150, admitting and acknowledging the illegal invasion and take over of the Kingdom of Hawaii. In the resolution, they make it clear that the provisional government had no legal right to cede the land to the USA as, the land had never been ceded to them either by the deposed government nor the will of the people as is necessary under international law.

Plus, the Newlands Resolution which congress used to annex Hawaii as a territory was also invalid, as it was never ratified.

Thus, Hawaii was never even legally made a state!

The Hawaii Supreme Court just ruled this past January that the de facto government/State of Hawaii has no right to ANY of the land until such time as a settlement is reached with the Hawaiian people as outlined in Public Law 103-150.

Governor Lingle has been in a total fit! She and the State legislature have filed an appeal with the Federal Supreme Court - to be heard in February. They (the State) are claiming that Public Law 103-150 isn't really a law - that it was just to say, "Oops! We fucked you up - sorry!"

She and the State have little to no ground to stand on. Guess she's getting nervous. (Probably spent all the bribes she's gotten from major land developers.) Interesting that she has refused to attend Obama's Governor meeting. Doesn't want to be cornered and questioned????

To sum it up - some major rulings coming out of the Supreme Court this year - looks like we're headed for a Constitutional Convention.
