Pa State Police training for Massive Civil Unrest

I went to a local FFL Dealer to do a firearms transfer.While I was there several friends of the transfer agent stopped by to pick up some ammo and have some coffee to warm up.(They were active members of the Pa State Police.. Some were in uniform..Both white and black men) Everyone seemed very nice and down to earth.(A lot of gun talk and joking)The one officer started to give new details of a story that was started on a previous visit to the shop.. The story centered around seminars and(State Police)training on expected large scale urban riots. These riots are expected to start in the major cities(around Summer time)and move to the suburbs.....What I found to be most disconcerting; was the expected cause of these outbreaks... The realization that there is a massive disassociation between the politicians (including the President) and the people of lower income opportunities.. (the poor). The starting point is the current Trillion dollar bailout, where all of the money is going to the Bankers and friends of Bankers. Fuel is currently being added because of all of the promises of "Change" (Real or inferred) that the incoming administration promised.(The police) Said that there is an overwhelming feeling of "We are going to get ours" or entitlement and arrogance (cockiness) on the streets.. The lit match will be tossed onto this smoldering mess when the urban poor and urban ethnic realize that there are not going to be massive free handouts as imagined.(Remember the stories of "I wont have to worry about paying my rent again" or "Now I won't have to make my car payment" that were herd just after the election..... The police fear that when the realization occurs that money will not fall from the sky's; Riots will breakout and large groups will migrate out of the cities to take what they did not get from the Government.The SHTF when "Posies" form in the suburbs to take revenge and protect themselves from the masses coming out of the cities.. Possible societal breakdown????

Not to mention Obamessiah's talk yesterday of a MASSIVE FEDERAL WORKS program. WHERE THE HELL IS ALL THIS MONEY SUPPOSED TO COME FROM? Not only will there not be any federal handouts, but taxes will eat into any disposable income left in the middle class. That's why there will be rioting in the 'burbs.

My FFL Dealer also said, besides the Astronomical increase in New purchases(675% in Pa.)that the amount of guns not needing to go through a transfer agent are 50 times higher than the recordable increase.. (In Pa long gun trades or trades between family members)

I have already had a run in with this police state we live in.

a cop told us he was going to get helicopters and dogs to find us over some fucking 2 grams of weed in my neighborhood early in the morning. they had like 8 cops driving around my neighbor looking for us. we were teenagers when this happen. We felt like terrorists.

fat fuck showed up at my door at 4:30am asking if i was down at my park smoking weed. he rang my doorbell 4 times and then since i refused to answer the door he called my house just to ask if i was down at the park and if i knew whose pipe that was left there. he went through my friends cell and her purse since it was left down there. we ran when the pig showed up. he did so much more and its a long story but we should have sued him and had him fired.

Personally I think Pennylvania would be a bad place for an experiment in martial law. There are too many Amish who could easily live off the grid and teach other people to live off the grid. I also think the educated liberals would attack martial law like a pack of hungry dogs would attack a pork chop.
