Report abusive post | russian and chinese troops on mexican american border?

Just sayin my brother saw military vehicles and soldiers in norhtern mexico near american border in doing some sort of training for drills. is this type of thing normal or is there some invasion going down? i have seen many foreign soldiers in the small towns where i live as well, southeast of mexico city. forgive porr translation? |

US forces have big training ops with foreign forces. Though they don't go rolling through towns or anything.
Can't say how the Mexican government rolls though. If they train with foreign armies, or what the protocol would be.
