I am currently signed up with oDesk, getafreelancer.com, associated content.com, voicelog, but I haven't tried linked in yet. I'll check it out tomorrow. Right now I am too tired and drained from being concerned about calm going to pay next month's bills. I think I need to watch the Secret again, and again, and again. I really know better than to do all this negative thinking. But dammit, it's such a heavy load sometimes and I don't know how to throw it away to the wind.

I will definitely check linkedin tomorrow and see if I can get linkedin.

Like a dear person who called me decades ago about an overdue bill, the road doesn't go for long that there isn't a bend in it. meaning it might seem long and steady and hard but eventually things change good things happen and life goes an entirely different route than we planned and almost always its a much better route with joy and promise and good times. Be patient, learn from each and every experience thats what makes us great we are ever changing ourselves.

Same thing here to. I was unemployed for 3 months then finally landed a job I like then just got a lay off notice. I do have until March though.

I was the same way. If I got to an interview I almost always got the job. Not anymore. If I get an interview at all I'm lucky to get called back for a 2nd or an offer.

I'm beginning to wonder if I will even find a job by March. I'm in the Midwest where the economy isn't as bad as the rest of the country, so they say....

Two weeks ago, my car was totaled in an accident and the insurance check only paid off the loan, so no more car. On Monday, the company I worked for folded and didn't have any money to pay us our last checks, so no more job. The girl I am pretty sure is my soul mate is 400 miles away and playing with my head. Oh yeah, and I'm watching my father slowly die of lung cancer every day. Life is grand!
