According to Native Tradition...hair cutting?
I am wondering when the best moon is, to cut hair if one wants it to grow back quickly? Full moon or New moon; waxing or waning?

According to the Farmer's Almanc, one should trim hair for quick regrowth on a new moon and if one does not want quick regrowth to cut on a Full moon????? BUT is that the new moon crescent, waxing or waning...

I have been following the moon, considering all of my herbal remedies, medicine and tinctures, but am unclear as to this subject...

Does anyone know?

Tradition: Choctaw- Chickasaw...

My hair is down to my knees and it needs trimming...

I would suggest not living by rules and following your inner desire.

Do you desire to cut your hair now? Then do it. Want to wait a week? Do it then. That's why your inner desire exists; it's a guideline to follow that is true only to you.

And your hair must be gorgeous. hf

She ask him why
why i'm a hairy guy
I'm hairy noon and nighty-night night
My hair is a fright
I'm hairy high and low
But don't ask me why
cuz he don't know
It's not for lack of bread
Like the Grateful Dead
Darling

I let it fly in the breeze
And get caught in the trees
Give a home for the fleas in my hair
A home for fleas
A hive for the buzzin bees
A nest for birds
There ain't no words
For the beauty, the splendor, the wonder
Of my...hair

I want it long, straight, curly, fuzzy
Snaggy, shaggy, ratsy, matsy
Oily, greasy, fleecy
Shining, gleaming, streaming
Flaxen, waxen
Knotted, polka-dotted
Twisted, beaded, braided
Powdered, flowered, and confettied
Bangled, tangled, spangled, and spaghettied!

if your hair's down to your knees, you should know your own natural growth cycle.

WTF?!? are you that unaware?
