The formula is simple, but not easy. Sometimes, "now" is not such a great time. When I see a shitstorm coming my way, it's helpful to re-connect by affirming that "Zen is Now." Makes it harder to blow up or act foolishly with Zen on the brain.

The original meaning of the word "religion" is "to re-connect."

Probably Indian elephants too. Sometimes now is hard, but you have rushed to defend yourself, and stopped worrying about now. Oh well, that's just what I think, I don't know though.

It's impossible to worry about Now. If you are worrying, your mind is in the past or the future.

Yep. When trouble comes my way, you just gotta center yourself and before you know it, it's already past. Trouble, where?
