We are seeking individuals who are interested in being paid to participate as test subjects for the purpose of ongoing development and refinement of the MMIP operation training protocol.
You must be able to travel to the Chatsworth, California lab facility three times per week for one-hour sessions and be willing to commit to a four to six week period for the initial phase of testing and training.
This technology is completely unrelated to brain signal detection and the effects are not limited by distance or barriers. Initially, you will be trained to mentally control the MMIP to operate airplanes on a flight simulator inside the laboratory. The skills you will acquire in the lab can then be applied to any MMIP-enhanced device anywhere in the world without the need for radio control signals.

Given that we live in a very dangerous world, militarizing the MMIP technology prior to civilianizing it may be the more prudent way to proceed.
WAR MACHINES
Throughout history, and especially within the last 100 years, nothing has transferred wealth and power from the working class to the ruling class more quickly and efficiently than war. The business of war, whether it is carried out through financial manipulations only, or through actual military operations, is a chess game played between ruling elites. Financial instruments and military organizations are merely chessmen on the board.
Suppose a new kind of chessman is introduced that is not very expensive to produce but initially, is not widely available. It can move immediately to any position on the chessboard and capture any chessman including the king. This chessman is appropriately named the “assassin”.
Every chess player would want an assassin because it would guarantee victory by eliminating the king on the very first move. This would introduce a new strategy in the game of chess called “Top-Down Attrition” (TDA) and it would effectively put an abrupt end to every game without the need to move any of the conventional chessmen. The balance of power would shift completely to whoever possesses the assassin.
The point is that the MMIP technology, if militarized and advanced into the autonomous phase, will give those who possess it the capability of shifting the balance of power in the world through Top-Down Attrition Warfare. In other words, military, corporate and political leaders of enemy states would be vulnerable to attack regardless of how numerous or highly trained the security forces are surrounding them. War would still be a business but it would become vastly more efficient and predictable. Battlefields would become archaic and irrelevant in the eyes of those elites who use it for the purpose of wealth transfer in order to consolidate power. That is, of course, if they are the only ones who possess the MMIP technology. If they ignore the emerging technology, they will do so at their peril as they become archaic and irrelevant in the eyes of early adopters.
Smaller organizations, not just large governments, would be equally affected by Top-Down Attrition Warfare. Who, in a criminal organization, would want to step into a leadership role, if they knew by observation of ongoing assassinations of their own leaders that they would have only a few days to live?
The big caveat is the possibility that the MMIP technology is not militarized by western industrialized nations but is acquired by individuals or organizations determined to target these nations or specific leaders therein.
This militaristic attitude toward the MMIP technology development and implementation may be unsettling to some readers but it is purely pragmatic in that the United States is its place of origin. Just as the Romans were people of their time who brought order to the world, we are people of our time.

Proteus cells are not yet capable of autonomy. If intergrated into a machine meant for war it will be a trained operator who controls it. The unit responds to resonance. Negative intent does not resonate. At some point in the future enough may be learned to allow a unit to operate on pre-programed intent.

If and when we decide to go the droid/unmanned vehicle route with this technology, we could easily equip them with non-lethals and just use human troops to come in afterwards for the clean up.

And like I was saying before about negative intent not resonating... well an operator without a clear conscious isn't going to function very well. It is one's very will that drives this technology!
There has to be real purpose in the intent for these proteus cells to be responsive.(at first the purpose is to learn but later there must be something more)
So if killing in order to stop killing and bring peace so life can evolve and prosper then the pathway connection is clear and the operations resonate.
