Well yeah, but it's not only the mouth that is the problem - it's ears and nose and eyes - and any mucous membrane. So, wash hands BEFORE going to bathroom. Ensure your fingers which have touched doors, rails, switches that have infected greasy deposits from others on them, do not touch the routes to your system unless they have been washed. This is not paranoia, this is simple obviousness. I work in a gym where folk come in sick, the staff get sick all the time, but not me. |
