One of the first phrases foreign women learn in English is "green card."

How many of those military men get dumped as soon as the woman has one and is a citizen?

Not to mention that most foreign women are not going to be satisfied with what a man makes on military pay or in base housing.

Im the OP who dumped his American fiance. I cant speak for the military guys, but I certainly will not ever date an American woman ever again.

As for the green card thing, it's a non-issue. Thats a thing US women fling about when their faults are pointed out. Love can be found in another country, dont be fooled.

In Cambodia they eat cockroaches; even with the American economy in the shitter, eating a chook on Christmas isn't something a lot of them would turn down.

Free housing isn't a bad thing, only an American looks down on it.

Korea, The Army's Best Kept Secret. I had many Korean females. I married my Black wife whom I met in Korea. White American Females are not like other females in the World, and I have been around the Globe 6 times.

Being a military wife myself, who has live all over, including in Europe, this is what I have noticed. The "majority" of American military men who marry foreign women do so because they cannot get American women. They often are not the most "virile" of men, if you catch my drift, maybe not very good looking, etc. and they find that foreign women, who are eager to get their green cards are more than willing to get married. What's sad is, most of these marriages end in divorce, once these women get what the want (their green cards), or many of the men have to stay in the country their wives are from (if the wive does not want to leave), and then they are stuck. Unless you know without a shadow of a doubt that your foreign wife to be is marrying you for you, and not future citizenship, or unless you are fine with living forever in your future wife's country (if she doesn't want to leave), seriously think twice about doing it. I've seen a lot of heartache over it.

That goes for any woman, foreign or domestic. A homegrown woman will take you to the cleaners as fast as any other woman.

I live in a neighborhood with mostly Navy personnel- both active and retired. Most marriages here are between white, Navy men and Asian women. These women got a ticket out whatever hellhole they were living in. Their biggest goal in life is to snag an American sailor (or any military guy) and get the hell outta there. Then they've got it made and pump out the kids like rabbits. They are called little brown f**king machines.

From talking to these military guys, you'd think they're afraid of American women; that they are too aggressive, too everything.

So these guys love their subservient wives. But after a while, these gals become Americanized too. You see them packed into the malls like sardines and their undisiplined brats all over the place.

Art Bell is an example of this. He married at least 3 Asian women and look at his current wife from the Phillipines. You'd think a guy with his level of intelligence would marry someone close to his age and IQ. But, nope, after Ramona died, he marries a gal young enough to be his great-granddaughter and then pops out another kid (now he has four - look up his bio on Wikipedia - he abanadoned his first two - left them with his first wife). He was serving in the military in S.E. Asia (Vietnam) and fell in love with Asian women. Very typical.

Before long these wives want their entire families to come over here. What the hell, the military pays for everything, why not. I'd probably do the same thing if I were in their shoes.

I live near a military base and white women also take advantage of military men.While they are overseas they spend all their money,sell off everything they own and sleep around with other men.As long as a man has a staedy income there will be woman that are any color looking to take advantage.

Sure i could love the other for what she is but if i cant be with my true love then i wont be happy, and even if i would be happy then the happiness is very limited and not as good as it should be.

Being a Veteran I can speak on this issue. I myself have had many Korean honeys in my time. If you really want to know, then read on. Most military women are butt ugly. The few that are beautiful are so full of themselves that their attitudes make them ugly as well. When you are in a foreign country and the pretties girl on base is being a ho and/or being chased by a ton of guys, why bother when there are plenty of beautiful girls right in the local town. As a soldier, you don't make much, but you make enough to show a a girl a good time!

Naturally. Who wants a woman who has her own home, job, money, opinions and status in life? He Men like OPie and Crew aren't validated unless they "own" a doormat that they can do whatever they please with. My hubby is a "Military man" and he never touched them hoes with a 10 ft. pole because he knows the game they play. Plus, you get Suzy Won over here at age 20 she might look ok...just wait till that chick turns 28. Asian broads age HARD. Opie must not be looking hard, because I see these dudes as the minority, not the majority, and like other posters have suggested, they usually chase these women because no American woman (service woman or otherwise) wants to put up with their shit. I saw an old black retiree in AAFES a few days ago with his behumbled Korean wife, he grumbled to her in a sharp tone, "Go back there and get some 30 weight oil, the Castrol kind. Hurry up." Let me tell you, Jackie Joyner didn't have shit on this broad. She nodded and dutifully ran off like a stepenfetchit to obey her masters whims. What kind of a marriage is that? Her eyes looked so dead and devoid of life, no sparkle or vive within them. What a sad life the poor woman must lead. And what a sad sack of a man he is to have taken that from her.

The biggest difference between American women and foreign ones, especially those from poor countries, is that foreign women are not taught to marry for love. They are taught to marry for the financial benefit of themselves and their families.

I don't blame anyone for wanting to get out of the hellholes they come from and no doubt, the military guys are lonely but mostly, they are thinking with their sex organs and they want someone who will be "mommy" and wait on them hand and foot.

I recently ran into a young Euro-trash type who was with her much older military man. She asked me if I knew where the store was where they sell rolex watches. Obviously, she was running up this poor guys credit cards to the max. He was driving a rat trap of a car and looking disheveled but he was willing to give this babe anything her heart desired.

How stupid is that?
