When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!" -Revelation 6:5, 6:6 |

I hated it growing up & ppl teased the hell outta me, calling me a vampire, or fangs.lol Later on when Buffy the vampire slayer was so popular, my dentist told me his practice was booming with ppl wanting to have fangs. He said ppl would love to have your teeth, and pay him hundreds for veneer fangs, vampire implants run into thousands! |

That region was more influencial even than heritage, though they couldn't explain why. For instance, that certain regions had higher instances of dental overcrowding than others, even among first generations who had no familt histroy of such problems. MD User ID: 353953 United States 12/16/2008 02:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Why would people have these? Did our ancestors eat a lot of meat? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 506563Why would people have these? We have them because we are considered omnivores which means we eat both plants and animals. They are evolved to help tear into meat along side of the incisors which are evolved to cut into flesh and cut plants, The rounded molars are for grinding up plant matter and grain. Did our ancestors eat a lot of meat? Yes, and mostly raw meat. Our ancestors were mostly hunter-gatherers and were opportunistic about food , in other words ate what they could get at the time. Cooked food is a relatively modernistic invention. Our bodies were evolved to hunt and eat in the same setting as opposed to packing it and cooking it later. We had the teeth that were able to eat this raw meat because most of the time it was tougher and we had to get through things like sinew. The original intent of cooked food was not safety but rather preservation to hold it longer through the lean times which in contrast made the meat less tough and easier to bite into (in most cases). Then the advent of table ware came out with table knives to cut this meat into smaller edible chunks which made it less necessary to have sharp teeth but we kept them anyway. Mike |

We are also very long lived, with ages in the late 90's and early 100's. We also keep our youthful appearance. I pass readily for my late 40's, although I am well past 65. My mother, age 92 passes for her 50's, no plastic surgery involved. She does use the bottle for coloring. My Father, when he shaves his beard, passed for his late 50's, he will turn 98 this June. When I was 25 I looked 16... thus the youthful thing works both ways. Sheesh I was still being carded when I was 35 when I went to bars. I was happy when my hair started turning white when I was 55. Only baby teeth I haven't lost really. I quite enjoy them. Makes it easier to harm someone in self defense really. I get enjoyment out of being called a vampire because of my teeth. I don't have to use those fake halloween ones lol |
