you are a marked man..surrender..at once......or sell it to a chop shop...seriously you cannot win this..make payments at once..they already know every one you know and can track you down .now...pay back payments now..cause you cannot get a another car loan.
Quoting: anonymous 580444 a friend i knew sold his car by letting notes get took over..the car comp was delighted..call ask about it find buyer fast to pay back notes .and take over car.. call car title company for advice..it works saves you from bad credit later on.maybe someone can assume the loan legaly .
