Arab Cyber ATTACK???!!!

Got this email this morning. I'm in NW PA. It warns of a cyber attack by arabs. I don't have any idea what the symbol(s) means or why I got this email. The pictures below are of the email and contain -- in order -- its contents. Here is text only:
