I didn't quite understand this, almost your last entry:

Your experience is well rounded, you are able to produce a good technical list of your qualities.
Sometimes what will get you an interview is a little more personal information - what your personal goals are, what you like to read or do in your personal time, hobbies, etc.
Good luck to you!

Re: Tips on my resume - any serious thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Names have been changed to protect the innocent.
There are 2 kinds of IT managers: the ones who don't communicate and make everything they do seem like some occult secret and the ones who do communicate like a regular person. The later are worth their weight in gold. The non-communicators should go away. It's the non-communicators who make more mistakes and try to cover their asses. Which kind are you? Perhaps your cover letter should cover that aspect...
Are you British? (calling a cell phone a "moble" is Brit)

Delete accomplishments section.

There is a lot more re-work to do.
Get rid of all the roman numerals and bullets. That is just clutter.
Save the readers eyes. Double space for easy reading.
Shorten it up by eliminating duplicate or repeated technical comments.
Take this out.
• Broad knowledge in the building, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing of PC’s and Laptops
You do not have an Electronic Engineering degree; so unless you know what a snubber is in a bang-bang SMPS you are just not telling the truth.
• Hand's on experience in building, upgrading,
PC’s and Laptops
This is the hiring killer. All the techno babble and then you find it challenging.
OBJECTIVE
"To obtain a challenging network administrator position ..."
So, in seven words that you spoke, I decide not to hire you.
A e-mail contact would help for further discussion, if you wish.

Entirely too long, too much info.
Employers don't want to be bothered with reading that much detail, especially when possibly reviewing 100 resumes or more.
Shorten the descriptions and focus on using power words.
Remove the and (&) and plus (+) symbols.
Agree with other poster... remove the Roman Numerals.

How many CEO's do think have a one page resume? One page show's lack of experience and/or education.

In what way? If they aren't a job hopper, one page would be adequate.

Said nothing about a one page resume.
And I would assume most CEO's have a lengthy resume.
However, OP isn't applying for a CEO position.

Not sure if OP is a job hopper but the last one page resume I looked at went in the trash. It's common knowledge to most in the corporate world that staying more than three years at any one job causes stagnation. For some that's fine but I expect more from myself.

Not a job hopper. Over past 4 years had 3 jobs, One was one i worked for 7 years ago. Good company to work for but they have a high burnout rate about 2 years is the limit. Other 2 jobs just happened to get hired into some shitty companies.

Re: Tips on my resume - any serious thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Names have been changed to protect the innocent.
Well, I've hired a lot of people for different jobs, and every company is different in their specifics, but a few things remain consistent. With that in mind, some personal preferences regarding your resume:
Don't number everything. It's unnecessary, and you're likely to introduce mistakes during the editing process. Bullets work well, accomplish the same goal, and allow the HR person to focus on your application, not get distracted by a mental count. Also, when bulleting items, keep them limited to around six items, or their mind will wander.
You don't necessarily need to list every detail, and frankly, you should leave the HR person longing to know more. I've brought in a number of people just because I was curious about something on their resume, and hired a few of those folks. You want to provide them with all the relevant information, but a top-to-bottom list of everything you've ever done is too much.
Granted, that's a hard line to tread. You know how to use a screwdriver, but that's not necessary to list on your resume, correct? It's safer to omit lower-level information, if you can list more complex items. If anything, it should give them a better impression of you, too. Fluff should be the first thing to go, it'll make your resume more readable, and will stand out among other resumes, as most are bursting with flowery sounding BS, usually about items irrelevant or basic to the position.
Also, a big complaint of any HR person is that resumes suck to read. Think about it, most are bland, dry, empty descriptions of someone you don't know anything about. It's pretty easy to see most of the applicants don't have a clue about the company or the position, beyond the general. In many ways, it's like reading your email, without a spam filter, and making sure to read every word of every spam email you get. Obviously, nobody does that, so anything that looks too generic automatically suffers.
On the other hand, an application that sprinkles company-specific information throughout it really stands out. Most people write a resume that they can send out to any position at any company, few people take the extra effort to write one aimed at a specific company. Sadly, this is easy to do, especially with copy-paste editors. Just take your generic resume, and tweak details to make it look like you've spent hours researching and writing for just this position.
Better yet, write your resume so it looks like everything you've done your entire life up to this point was to prepare you to apply at this particular company. Cheat. Go through old articles, and do your research. The company has goals, and if they're a bigger company, they'll want everyone to know those goals. Use them to make yourself seem like a natural addition to the company.
It's a little brown-nose-ish, but this is almost more important than anything else you can do with a resume. Writing a cover page that shows you actually care about the place you're applying to almost always wins you an interview, even if your resume/experience is less than stellar. In a way, doing so proves you're willing to work harder than others, before you've even started.
All in all, your resume shouldn't be computerized list of your existence, it should be geared to generate interest in you as a person. It should make people slightly curious about you, and should give it's readers the idea that you're an unusual and valuable person that longs to work in their particular company.
Do that, and they won't be able to put your application into the "pass" pile, even if you're not entirely qualified for the position. It's easier to train someone intelligent and eager than it is to try and squeeze rocks into diamonds.
Good luck, OP!

Re: Tips on my resume - any serious thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Names have been changed to protect the innocent.
remember that most PEOPLE will never read these things for selection.
Lose the objective & summary . We hire slaves not humans with 'objectives'. You shouldn't be a science project.
keywords.
“Years of experience in setup and configuring of DNS, DHCP, WINS, VPN, RAS, IPSEC, RDP, ICA, plus much more”
The protocol suite is called TCP/IP. Also RAS is PPP. If you don not use what the rest of the planet calls these things, the key word stuff will not find you. Also it’s just too many aspects of TCP/IP. Hell you may as well add RARP/ARP in there. I know you wanted to.
You did 'desktop support' but never ran Microsoft Office?
And I don’t see anything about Visio. You know the business world likes diagrams…
Frankly too many acronyms in your experience, and not enough in the skill set.
Look you have experience, but it just reads all over. Also list MAJOR accomplishments. Look I just setup OpenVPN on Linux KVM with an authentication via Windows SFU to remove an overpriced Cisco implementation and the best I’d write on a resume is:
Implemented cost effective VPN solution saving the company a reoccurring cost of $15,000 USD in maintenance.
My employer doesn’t care if it’s a cheese sandwich or POS from IBM… You are lacking in number accomplishments. You have to be able to justify your salary, and you have to prove that unlike the rest of the leeches you proactively look for ways to save MONEY.
“Setup and learn VMWare in a test network environment”
You can do better. Clearly this lead to running ESX. Didn’t you do research to leverage new technologies to not only reduce operational expenses in terms of hardware, but also greatly reduce the timeframe of implementations of new projects?
Don’t forget the green thing that by doing this you were helping to make the company not only more profitable, but reducing their ‘carbon footprint’.. Since you call your cell a ‘mobile’ Euro’s are always in a twist over CO2… I guess they hate their trees or something.
You need to speak more of the business speak. "I don't know which was scarier...the speech...or the Congress cheering it. He evoked Lincoln. Whenever a President is going to get us into serious trouble...they always use Lincoln."
