I still say Obama is " NOT " a US natural born citizen and she knows the law and has the proof needed to make him not elligible to be president .
I just wish the supreme court idiots would wake up and uphold the US Constitution as there is plenty of evidence that Obama is not a natural born citizen. |

In what appears to be a strange twist, Phil Berg’s injunction, which asked the SCOTUS to stay the Electoral College Vote on December 15 or stay the counting of the votes on January 8, has been scheduled for a SCOTUS conference on Friday, January 16. This is in addition to the SCOTUS conference scheduled for January 9, which will take up Berg’s petition for certiorari.
It is difficult to determine what is going on in the minds of the Justices. Berg thinks that his certiorari petition may have been scheduled for conference after the Electoral College votes are actually counted because it is not until after the votes are counted that Obama is officially the President-Elect.
There are several theories flying around concerning the January 16 injunction conference. Jeff Berg at America ’s Right thinks that allowing a moot proceeding to be heard could be a tactic to prevent other such proceedings to come before the court.
On the other hand, Tom Waite, writing at Berg’s website, believes that the SCOTUS has very cleverly scheduled the petition for certiorari after the counting of the Electoral College votes because Berg will have standing at that point. Waite feels that the scheduling of the second conference on January 16 is a very clever way of boxing Obama in.
He likens it to a game of chess. If Obama does not produce the requested documentation on the 9th, then the SCOTUS can retroactively cancel the results of theElectoral College.
To add further intrigue to the situation, Obama is vacationing in Hawaii , where his friend and advisor, Valerie Jarrett, will be meeting with the governor.
And Rahm Emanuel, his chief of staff, is said to be vacationing in Africa with no word on where. Would it be a surprise to find him in Kenya , where Obama’s family has been silenced and where there very possibly is another birth certificate?
This is reading like a soap opera folks. Pass the popcorn, please.

I would like to know where all these officials that are crying for this now, were before the election took place and they wasted all the millions on the voting process and all the billions on the advertising for the democratic candidate, if it turns out he was not born in Hawaii
the government process failed big time.....the democratic party did not do their homework?? and everyone else just took their word for it that this man was eligible....isn't it kind of late for all this substance now? |

When did Obama's Mother get married exactly to his Kenyan father who already had a wife (s)? What if his bio dad is either Malcolm X or that Davis guy who both WERE bonafide Americans even if their politics were out there?
OK, if an American Mom gets pregnant by an U.S. citizen but right before birth decides to marry a foreignor in his ocuntry who steps up to the plate to give the baby a "name" then Mom finds out he already has a wife and in U.S.law you can't marry your mistress on the side or cover for someone else either.BUT the foreignor laws has polygamy rules, how does this get interpreted with natural born citizne defined by two U.S. ctizen parents?
Could Obama get DNA testing proving his father was not Mr. Obama of Kenya and get rid of being a foreign citizen?
Does this mean no adopted babies of U.S. citizens born in the country if you don't know who your Daddy is? If you are adopted at birth by two U.S. citizens and say you were an Iraqi baby we are now at war with born of an Iraqi Mom stateside, would the adoption itself make you natural born? |

NO request for ANYTHING has, or WILL be, served on Obama.
Th Writ of Certiorari is NOT served on any lawyers, NOR on defendants or witnesses. It IS served on a lower Court asking for anything they used to reach their verdict. NOTHING TO DO with anyone else involvecd in the case BUT the Court!!
