I quit a job because I was only allowed 2 smoke breaks a day and had no access to hotmail or sport during my lunch break (my own free time)

and when we did go for a cigarette, we had to leave the fucking premisis and stand in the road to smoke (rain/snow/sleet/wind and hail) ...

the MD was a dickhead aswell as he paid a shit salary
