I block Youtube along with many other sites (using ISA 2000). Our company 2 MB leased line to the Internet used for WWW, Email and a WAN VPN. It costs $4000 a quarter (for a rock steady high QOS line.

One high quality video can hog a whole lot of bandwidth.

Be warned, there are a lot tools available that can give detailed on an individuals web usage (time and bytes transferred). It is surprising how relatively few people use a disproportionate amount of bandwidth.

Because of ADSL, people think that Internet connections cost nothing, but in fact they are pretty expensive! When users complain a WAN link is slow, it can often be traced to people surfing! Most company Internet is NOT work related - trust me!

It's not that i am all the time watching videos on youtube,
believe i work hard, but as i said before, things come my way that require youtube. I even take work home, almost every weekend. So i consider myself a dedicated worker.

Bummer! Youtube blocked, huh? I do have a suggestion. You mentioned work. Is part of your job duty involve gazing at Youtube during the hours you are being paid by your employer to do THEIR bidding? Gee, what kind of a fucked-up boss do you have anyway? Fricking jerk expecting you to work on HIS (or her) time?

Get a clue loser. I'll go out on limb and say the time required to block your worthless ass from Youtube was no easy task. However, I'll also say it was behavior like this that caused the "blockage" you speak of to be implicated in the very first place.

Is it any surprise what is taking place in our country? The majority of lazy mother fuckers, much like yourself have become far too used to "having it YOUR way". This being said, there is indeed good news to come from this. We always have that one little word from which to choose from. It's called "choice". You can always quit your job, and join the growing ranks of our "food stamp candidates". That way, you can sit at home and spend your days watching Youtube while eating a bag of potato chips that the American taxpayers provided for you, as your ass begins to grow into the cushion of your favorite chair.
