Does anybody know why all the Planets of Science are named after Fallen angels? (Greek Gods) Anybody? Anybody at all?
2Enoch.30:[4]On the first uppermost circle I placed the stars, Kruno, and on the second Aphrodit, on the third Aris, on the fifth Zoues, on the sixth Ermis, on the seventh lesser the moon, and adorned it with the lesser stars.

Kruno, Aphrodit, Aris, Zoues, Ermis. "Sound Familiar?"

- Saturn is the god of agriculture. The associated Greek god, Cronus, was the son of Uranus and Gaia and the father of Zeus (Jupiter).

- Jupiter (a.k.a. Jove; Greek Zeus) was the King of the Gods, the ruler of Olympus and the patron of the Roman state.

- Mars (Greek: Ares) is the god of War.

- Venus (Greek: Aphrodite; Babylonian: Ishtar) is the goddess of love and beauty.

So why are scientist in love with the fallen Angels? Why is every Planet named after one of them? Sure those Fallen angels brought Greece to the heights of their power, sure the knowledge afforded by those angels gave even us today the incentive for competitive athletics (Olympics), drama, democracy (USA), oratory, rhetoric, biology, zoology, and even the atomic theory, wow, thanks satans!!!!

And don't tell me that those were the olden days where scientist were still nostalgic of ancient deities and may have even believed in GOD, no my friends, as early as 2003 the Planet UB 313 was spotted and named Eris on September 13, 2006.

2enoch - Ermis

Eris (latin Discordia) is the Greek/Roman goddess of strife and discord.

Where are you science-guys? Come on out you losers, come prove to the World how wonderful living the lie is without the belief of GOD and teaching our children the same. How great its been discovering planets and having to name them all after the satans. (Fallen angels)

I do.

It's because modern scientists wanted to do a tribute to the Greeks, because the Greeks allready knew about atoms in -200 bc and allso because the Greeks had all the greatest philosophers.

The mythological deities they are named after predate the bible.

Mars was named Mars by the romans.

Jupiter was named Zeus by the greeks and Juptier by the romans, well before christianity existed.

So whats your fucking point OP?

Saturn has been known since prehistoric times. Galileo was the first to observe it with a telescope in 1610.

Re: Does anybody know why all the Planets of Science are named after Fallen angels? (Greek Gods) Anybody? Anybody at all?
OP,

Ok, so this is how it happened:

"God" enslaved the species called "Angels", and then the "Humans".
Some of the Angels got pissed and made a rebelion which only a few where able to survive (Angels that rebelled against God's slavery). They took a couple of humans with them to create a utopia in wich they thought the could one day overthrow "God".
They placed the humans on 3 planets.
One of them was called Gaia.
At around -37bc, "God's" legions reconquered Gaia.
They implanted a feitus into ta Gaian's body.
He grew to be a carpenter and a prophet. For the next 1400 to 1500 years, "God" restarted his conditioning. But then, at around the 16th century, the Rebelious regained Gaia but realized it was to late.
"God", in a final bit to ruin the Rebelious, transformed the Gaians into Greedy and Blindly Devoted Servants.
The Rebelious tryed their best to recondition us, but finaly opted to only show us the way.
That is why us Gaians had a huge scientific boost from the 16th century to now.
But because we became greedy sheep, we created our own doom.
But their are still 2 other colonies left.
We still have a chance.
The Antechrist won't be alien.
He will not be human ether.
He will be Gaian.

I'm guessing because the dudes doing the naming were Greek. In Greek, Mercury is Hermes, Venus is Aphrodite, Mars is Ares, Jupiter is Zeus, and Saturn is Kronos.

Re: Does anybody know why all the Planets of Science are named after Fallen angels? (Greek Gods) Anybody? Anybody at all?
I think it's more likely those ancient gods and goddesses were Adam and Eve and their descendants, up to Noah's flood. It's probably impossible to prove but I think the pre-flood people were, in every manner, far beyond what we are today. I've tried to rationalize that the ancient deities were fallen angels but couldn't get past the fact that there are no female angels, as revealed in the Bible; and so I couldn't account for the goddesses. Robert Bowie Johnson, Jr. has done some writings on this in The Parthenon Code.

As for why these deities are used for astronomical nomenclature, I think it's because they are common to all humanity and pre-date what we know as written history, being preserved in legends, as we have done with Fairy Tales.

Somebody should tell the scientists that those Fallen angels (Zeus and the gang) are in prison. They can stop naming planets after them.

1Enoch.18:[15]Then the Angel said, This place, until the consummation of heaven and earth, will be the prison of the stars, and the host of heaven. [16]The stars which roll over fire are those which transgressed the commandment of GOD before their time arrived; for they came not in their proper season. Therefore was HE offended with them, and bound them, until the period of the consummation of their crimes in the secret year.

Or are there others? Wanting this respect to be perpetuated in their honor for their sacrifice in rebelling against GOD'S creation, us? (mankind)

Because those are the names we got from the Romans who loved Greek Religion and culture. Western scientists and astronomers also loved the Greeks and the Romans.
