Everybody can have both kinds of orgasms. It's hard to explain, but we live in a dualistic world, ying yang you know... So the male part is most of the times the "active" part, outward, like pushing your sexual energy out of your body, while the female part is receiving, like sucking the energy in.

You can either push (tense up, that's what makes the girls in those filthy... movies squirt/pee themselves) your PC muscle or retract (more like relaxing) it, that's two totally different orgasms. It's just practice and concentration, 99% of sex happens in your mind (erectile dysfunction is in many cases just lack of concentraion)

IMO the majority of women never had an orgasm through penetration, but because they think somethiongs wrong with them they just fake it, or in the worst case loose interest in sex.

We are conditioned to the max, image/what others think about you is the most important thing it seems, even if you have to fake orgasms for the rest of your life.
