At the start of ZetaTalk in 1995 we spoke of a war for the continent of S America. This was won for those in the Service-to-Other. At present the war for the continent of Africa is in its final stages with the same result. The answer to your question requires that you understand how the Service-to-Self operate. Those in command in this highly command and control life style do not CARE about the minions beneath them. They do not CARE if these minions are frustrated or in pain or confused about the orders they are following. The commanders calculate the odds, and send forth their reserves in accordance. If the odds are against them, they have other worlds to attend to and are reassigned. If this sounds like the military, rule oriented and ordering soldiers into danger or pain and anguish regardless of the likely outcome, then this comparison says something about the military structure. It is not the Service-to-Other philosophy. On the other hand, we in the Service-to-Other likewise enter into dangerous territory, but it is always with volunteers who understand the mission and the dangers. There is a difference.

How long is the actual shift? What can we expect after the shift?

Can the Zetas comment on the increasing violence of people against people, ie fights and assaults that are happening in the world today?

What types of non-prescription items should be saved to use when medical help is no longer available? Are there any items that we could or should be using now for simple cures that we are not using, or are not well known? For example, things like hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, or others that would be helpful but are perhaps discouraged by profit motivated medical industry?

Yellowston question. How far underground does the magna extend? Are there other effects other than an actual full blown eruption that may occur from this location? This seems a likely area that an inland plate would be located.

The many attempts by the Bush/Cheney administration to invoke martial law have come to an end. Under an Obama administration, they, the neocons, will not be in charge and cannot BENEFIT from martial law. There will be attempts to control the federal bureaucracy from those inside sympathetic to the past Bush administration, but it will soon become evident that this approach does not work. This group will then form enclaves, beyond the physical enclaves they already have arranged as bunkers during the last week and into the Aftertime. Psychological enclaves, where they network and make agreements and try to support each other will strenghten. However, as we have often sates, when the Service-to-Self try to band together and strive for a goal, they fail. Back stabbling ensues, each going for themselves, and the individuals strike out on their own. Not a good time for the former neocons.

Nancy, I would like to know what the Zetas think about Coast to Coast and why they are banning certain people like Nancy and now, Dr. Luis Turi who, like you, has a tremendous accuracy. Dr. Turi uses the Nostradamus form of Astrology and in the past George Nuri has praised him quite a lot. Here in WA state, this show is on the Fox network which has always given me pause because they are so corrupt and conservative. There are not that many shows about the future that have everything on them. Should we just ignore Coast to Coast?

The zetas have said that they will say no more regarding 2009 or the "6" on the 1-10 scale for 2008. Can they tell us what the purpose of the 6 statement was? I am somewhat confused by it. Was it another extension to the white lie to further mess with tptb?

We stated at the last chat that the 6 of 10 had not yet been reached. It still has not been reached but we will say that a solid 5 has been reached, perhaps a tad more. On geological changes, we can predict the sequence of events, but not necessarily the pace. If you look to the increased earthquakes and stretch zone accidents, many of which Nancy has outlined in her past and the forthcoming newsletter, you will see that an acceleration has occurred. But this is not at a 6. All matters such as weather irregularities and wobble intensity and earthquakes and volcanic awakening will continue, apace. Stretch zone disasters will continue, and be a disaster as great as earthquake but will not get the media attention that quakes do. The pace will quicken.

Despite deep chill, global warming is still a peril: scientists

A cold front is sweeping across Europe after gripping swathes of North America last month, but the deep freeze does not mean the threat of global warming has abated, caution scientists.
"The major trend is unmistakably one of warming," Michel Jarraud, secretary general of the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO), told AFP.

"If we look at the trajectory over the last 160 years, it overlays a large natural variability, and that's what causes confusion."

The cooler weather that was a hallmark of 2008 can be explained partly by La Nina, a reversal of the phenomenon by which warm waters build up on the surface of the Pacific, said Jarraud.

"The problem is that people are confusing weather with climate," Susan Solomon, a top scientist on the UN's Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change (IPCC), said in a recent interview.

"Weather is important locally, and from year to year. But what you really have to look at when you are interested in climate is the larger scale -- the whole world -- and the longer term," she said.

Even if 2008 was on balance chillier than 2007, it still ranks as the 10th warmest year on record, she pointed out.

And over the long haul, average global surface temperatures have climbed significantly -- between 0.75 and 1.0 degrees Celsius (1.35 and 1.8 degrees Fahrenheit) -- since 1850, when accurate weather statistics were first recorded.

The IPCC has said that by century's end, the increase will very likely be 2.4 to 4.0 C (4.3 to 7.8 C).

Exactly how much will depend on the extent to which humans can reduce atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO2), the principal greenhouse gas.

The chill in Europe claimed seven more lives in Poland and one in Belgium overnight Tuesday, adding to a toll of at least 10 dead from previous days.

The coldest place was Dippoldiswalde-Reinberg near Dresden, eastern Germany, where the mercury plunged to - 27.7 C (- 4 F). Snow fell in France's Mediterranean port of Marseille.

Scientists now agree that climate change is a reality, and that human activity is largely to blame, but they still differ on the pace at which it is unfolding.

And they are still divided over the perceived danger of runaway warming caused by self-reinforcing "positive feedbacks".

The melting of the Arctic ice cap, for example, is both a symptom and a cause of global warming.

It is a sign of rising temperatures and also discreetly adds to the warming cycle. Ice reflects solar rays, so the loss of this floating cover exposes the sea to more of the Sun's heat.

To make things even more difficult to decipher, global warming is not a linear process.

According to a study published last year in the scientific journal Nature, the overall warming trend could be slowed over the next decade by a shift in ocean currents, especially a weakening of the Gulf Stream that warms the north Atlantic.

Cold snaps are routinely seized upon by a dwindling rearguard of climate skeptics as "proof" that climate change is exaggerated or an outright fabrication, Jouzel said.

But that is no reason for serious climate scientists to exaggerate either, he added.

"It also up to us to be careful to not say every time we have a hot summer, 'See, it's global warming!'," he said.

Hi Nancy. I do not understand how or why STS groups acquire advanced technology. STS groups move through the universe just as STO groups. How can STS be equal to STO with regard to technological developement? I think of STS as a primitive orientation.

If I were Bulgarian, Ukranian, Polish or other European, I would say the Russians are not endearing themselves to anyone by shutting off the gas to Europe. Don't they know what people will now think of them, or do the Russians care? It seems that they themselves are backed into a corner with falling revenues and prefer to be harsh rather than kind. Nancy does not understand most of your questions but surmises that you are trying to differentiate the spiritual orientation of various UFOs so as to be confident in your interactions with them. This is the question we will address, as Nancy needs to be on the same page in order not to confuse our response. You give the Call, and based on your spritual desires at the moment, you will either get a response from the Service-to-Self or Service-to-Other. Thus, it is what is in YOUR heart that determines what kind of counseling you will get. UFO displays in the sky are not allowed to be done by those in the Service-to-Self, as they would use intimidation, solely. Thus, you can assume the UFOs you see are being piloted by those in the Service-to-Other.

Mother Shipton speaks of a 'fiery dragon' that will be seen by man twice and will cause two sets of natural disasters; the second being worse than the first. She first writes:
"A fiery dragon will cross the sky six times before this earth shall die. Mankind will tremble and frightened be for the sixth heralds in this prophecy. For seven days and seven nights man will watch this awesome sight. The tides will rise beyond their ken to bite away the shores and then the mountains will begin to roar and earthquakes split the plain to shore."

She continues by indicated that once the 'fiery dragon' is gone and the earth settles down mankind will try to return to the way things were and carry on in the usual way. She then speaks of the second visit:
"His masked smile – his false grandeur, will serve the Gods their anger stir. And they will send the dragon back to light the sky – his tail will crack upon the earth and rend the earth and man shall flee, King, Lord, and serf. But slowly they are routed out to seek diminishing water spout. And men will die of thirst before the oceans rise to mount the shore. And lands will crack and rend anew you think it strange, it will come true."

The book of Revelation seems to back this up with two earthquake scenarios; also the second being worse than the first. Starting at Revelation 6:12 – "And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood. And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their place."


Starting at Revelation 16:17 – "And the seventh angle poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, it is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightning's; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and go great."

So let me ask, assuming that the Mother Shipton prophecies are true, why the two earthquake scenarios? I am interpreting that the fiery dragon and its red tail are Planet X and its red tail; but of course I could be wrong with this. When Planet X passes, as the Zetas have stated, the earth will turn on its side and this would certainly cause massive earthquakes and upheavals the likes of which we have never seen. But what happens after that? Will we go through another Planet X visitation? I'm thinking, again this is just me, that we will begin to see Planet X while it is still far off as a 'second sun'. Perhaps Planet X will be close enough to cause some destruction at that point but not the big shift. This is the first earthquake scenario. It will then disappear from sight as we revolve around the sun and away from Planet X. But a year later when we return to the same position Planet X will be close enough that the tail of Planet X strikes earth and causes the much larger destruction; earthquake scenario two. However, the explanation of the first earthquake scenario in Revelation seems to look like when the Earth tilts on its side. From the point of view of mankind on Earth it certainly would look like the stars were falling to the horizon from heaven if the Earth tilted on its side. Any light and information the Zetas could shed on all this would be appreciated.

As with last year, during the winter of 2007-2008, the magnetic N Pole of Earth is trying to evade the magnetic N Pole of Planet X. This occurred during the summer, in the northern hemisphere, but was not considered a problem as extreme heat was avoided. This pattern will not resolve until the lean to the left ensues.
