That person or group is delusion to the point of being mentally ill or demonically possessed.

There is no Rapture.

But there will be horrible times coming upon the whole world before the second coming of Jesus Christ.

But it won't be a secret thing.....and you will beg for Jesus Christ to come back because things will be so horrible on the whole planet.

Don't worry about missing the boat so to speak.......Get yourself right with God through Jesus Christ and you will be ready when your life ends or Jesus comes back again.
