Russian emergency officials say that a missing helicopter owned by the state gas giant Gazprom crashed in the mountains of Western Siberia, killing eight aboard.Russia's Emergency Situations Ministry says rescuers have also found three survivors at the site of the crash of the Mi-171 helicopter, near Chornaya Mountain in the rugged Altai region.Russian media say that the 11 passengers on the aircraft included Alexander Kosopkin, who represents Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to the Russian parliament. It was not clear if he was among the survivors.Emergency officials said the helicopter was found midday Sunday. Rescue teams have been searching for the missing helicopter since Friday. It went missing during what Russian media say was a hunting trip.
