That's how I'd do it, but you sometimes see people walk into the edge of the camera's view, and when they see planes/choppers, the movement tends to be a little jerky.

I'm thinking maybe it's on a tripod, being moved by hand, maybe with a remote, that they use at times, but they pick out some of the events in the sky too easily to not be up there with the camera (rocket launches and the like).

And to the person who said this isn't reporters, it is from Ramattan TV station roof. Not a reporter but a camera man certainly. I've heard a very squeeky door some nights that is near the camera. I didn't hear it last night though..
