Honest question Hiram:
How comes the whole world is a shithole, when masonry is solely charitable and so much members of ruling circles all over the world are freemasons?
Life, Liberty, and pursuit of happiness. We are all given those rights, and we can all give what we can or wish to give of our money and time to help others in need. But, people have their own desires and wishes, and they can spend their own money in anyway they wish, it's theirs. Freemasons have made it a goal to pool money to help those in need. at least it's something, and it helps millions in need. But Freemasons aren't to give all their money and time to helping the poor, just like anyone else shouldn't have to.
So freemasonry is basically a scratch my back and I scratch yours boys club, with some feelgood charitywork?

It gave people a way of pursuing truth without having the church, or anyone else dictate what "truth" was to them, with the penalty of death as the only option from the church. It is a philosophical club that teaches that helping others is a good and needed, but also allows it's members to pursue their own goals. They believe in seperating of church and state in the fact that people choose their government, not the church, all Masons have to believe in a God, but don't put one God above the other, that is for the individual Mason to decide for themselves, not anyone else.
