I know, my sister-in-law and her family live in Bismark (moved there from New England a few years back) and she said that eventhough it's usually very cold there in the winter, they usually don't get that much snow. Well according to the natives, they are also getting significantly more snow this year! WTF?

Guess I shouldn't complain to much. We live in Northeastern Massachusetts and the weather here is suppose to get really cold, also.
