Re: Question about reincarnation
... hi back to ya ms mirabilis... and thanks mucho for your response there too.... and I would hafta say a yes, and then again no as well, lol,... and cuz while everything we may be and do is for sure about our own (personal) choosings, at the very same time we are also always and ever processing and developing upon ourselves as well. And yeah, there really is none of that judgmental kinda stuff 'out there'... and well, save that which we may 'choose' for to judge our very own selves by anyways.

And actually speaking, the best definition of reincarnation that I've ever run into, lol... and so far anyways...'reincarnation' = probabilities set within a time context.

The idea of life review and self-judgement certainly agrees with much of the stuff that I've read about near-death experiences but what it always makes me wonder is this...

Some people go through life judging themselves very harshly while they are alive, they take the blame for everything that happens and beat themselves up emotionally on a continuous basis. Other people go through life taking no responsibility or blame for anything, they refuse to feel guilty for any of their actions or the consequences. If, after death we undertake a life review and judge ourselves how will it pan out for these people - will the perpetually guilty people have already paid in full for anything that they may have done and conversely will the opposite be true for the people who felt no guilt on earth? Or will they still adhere to the way of thinking that they already utilised on earth? Does the personality fall away to such an extent that clear judgement can be made? And is there a debt of guilt that is either paid here or paid later or did the ones with a heavy conscience suffer for nothing?

Questions, questions... :)

Re: Question about reincarnation
..... ah, there you are, lol... most gooder it is to see you ms mirabilis. I've been sorta carrying something for to say to you ever since that reincarnation thread... and, lol, it is... there really is no rule book when it comes to any of that stuff... we're all just making it all up as we go along. And the really fun part of it all is, is that there's no hurry at all... we have all the time in the world.

And wew, lol, got that out now, and finally... and then thanks too, and I should maybe be so fortunate as to come off sounding like Msr Wayne... and cuz he's always been like one of my screen type heroes. Thanks.

Oh thank you for still thinking about my questions - that's really kind of you. It sounds great having all the time in the world to work it all out, except that the reset button is pushed every new lifetime I suspect and I'm not sure that I'm very good at carrying over the lessons learned if that is the case. :)

...hi again there lady, and you are for sure welcome too. I moved this back over to your reincarnation thread... and well, just cuz I kinda didn't think it quite right for to be taking Ms C's thread in some other direction. And for sure for sure that ol' 'reset button' is pushed every new life-time, but I might would like to call it maybe more of a 'contextual relief' sorta button instead... and just cuz all of them memories, experiences, et al... could and would become mighty confusing to our ever on-going learnings and growings that we gain as we go along from one lifetime to another.

And yes, methinks/feels we all tend to be/do very gooder with those kinda learning 'carry-overs' as well... lol, and really too. I might would even equate them carry overs to say like our life-learnings of most anything too... and cuz once we get 'the feel' of doing something, or once we get 'the hang' of something, and so to speak... we can never really lose it. And that's where that ol' 'knowing something by heart' comes into play... or... and when it comes to any new lifetime... it's them 'just knowings' sort of bleed-throughs that we all seem to get, or have, from time to time.... and, like ya know what I mean?
