It depends is what you are saying and I agree. Some times too much information will only confuse the human mind or delay certain actions.

Remember the human brain will block out very painful experiences for a reason. In research, too much information can be helpful but can also send the paranormal researcher in too many directions to be productive.

I would say that is a tough one as the people in charge of governments and military do NOT usually have all the information they would like, so decisions are made with limited information but quickly...not what I would want to have to do.
