HEY, Tom Loopy .... "NOT an issue" , but the SCOTUS is STILL working on the SECOND Berg filing as of this date, because it NOW APPLIES to the situation as Obuma has been declared the president elect, so they have a LEGAL right to consider Berg SECOND paper.
