The Critical Blows to PPSIMMONS "The 7 Trumpets Are Blowing!"

This 'theory' tries too hard to overlook countless requirements to make itself fit even completely leaving out important parts of verses so you won't call into question its validity, thinking it has all been verified in the Bible for you. If you have a short attention span then skip to Comments after Trump 5:

Trump 1: (WWII)
Video: earth and grass and trees were burned up
Rev 8:7...hail and fire, mixed with blood, and they were thrown to the earth; and a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.
-Comment: The video conveniently leaves out the portions, especially notice ALL the green grass of the earth is burned up. Don't cry to me how can this be, it's the Bible, and it will happen. Notice 'hail and fire mixed with blood': Bombs could be construed as fire, being exploded in midair. But God would not allow John, the author of Revelation, to mistake them for hail, and blood is not mixed into our bombs before they are 'thrown to the earth.'

Trump 2: (Bomb on Hiroshima/Nagasaki)
Rev 8:8,9 Comment: It says ships, living creatures in the sea, the sea John is referring to is obviously water NOT 'people' as PP claims. Yes PP claim that somehow John did not mean sea as in water, he meant 'overwhelming quantity of people' Watch what happens when we replace the word 'sea' with people: ...a third of the 'people' became blood, and a third of the creatures which were in the 'people' and had life, died; So now not only are people becoming blood but living creatures that are inside of the people are dying too?! NO matter what definition of 'sea' you go with and no matter what you change it to, This is STUPID. PP chastises those who change the meaning of verses to fit their ideas i.e. those who argue the days of creation are not literal days but actually eons and here they are doing the exact same thing, why? So their theory will fit. 2 Bombs were dropped, not 1, which John in Rev just decided to leave out? And they were exploded over Japan (land) not over water. Japan is in the Pacific Ocean, and that is a really big sea(unless you want to constrain it to the Seas around Japan to make the theory fit but proof is needed of the following:) and 1/3 of the sea to blood, 1/3 creatures in sea, 1/3 ships destroyed.

Trump 3: (Wormwood aka in Ukrainian Chernobyl Nuclear Meltdown)
Rev 8: 10,11 Comment: This is the focal point of the PP theory, in Ukrainian it does translate to Chernobyl. Once PP found a word that matches one in Revelation they began to try to wrap the other 'trump' occurrences around it. But in order for this to be so the rest of the details surrounding it have to be correct. For example no mention of the devastation from the 'burning torch'/nuclear meltdown killing people. It was 'burning like a torch' as it 'fell' and the 'torch' did not explode as the meltdown did, this star only fell on rivers/springs, not land. Why would God choose to judge the earth/warn of his imminent coming by punishing a country called Ukraine? It doesn't fit the whole judgement theme or warning to the world, it was even overlooked! It happened in 1986 and apparently 3 trumpets are already sounding however Irvine Baxter didn't present this idea until the 90's(?), PP just a few years ago? So all this time trumpets are blowing and not even Christians were able to recognize them as warning signs? I'm always wary of new 'ideas' popping up in these times i.e. Jehovah Witnesses, Mormons.

Trump 4: (Kuwait oil well fires)

Trump 5: (Invasion of Kuwait by Saddam)
Comment on 4 and 5: Rev 8v13 Saddam's invasion did not strike me as "a terror to all who belong to this world" especially those sitting at home in the US. A clear distinction is made from Trump 5-7 than all the previous as they will be even more horrifying and affect the entire planet, which of course, Saddam's invasion did not.
-According to video at 3:36 Saddam's occupation occurred between Aug 90-Dec 90('exactly' 5 months) when actually the air campaign against him did not begin until Jan 16, '91 which makes 5.5 months, and the Kuwaitis liberated Feb 27, '91. The Kuwaiti oil wells were not set aflame until Jan '91 which evidences this. If the Kuwaiti oil well fires are trumpet 4, how did they happen AFTER the 5.5 month occupation which is supposed to be trumpet 5? THEY'RE OUT OF ORDER! GET A GRIP!
-v5,6 Kuwaitis were certainly killed in the occupation and death did not 'flee' from them.
v7 A clear distinction between the gold like crowns and the wings('rotors on helicopter') is made. Where in the world can you find a gold crown on a Mi-24 helicopter used by Saddam?
v10 The power to sting is in the tails, not the wings according to John, and helicopters fire from the weapons on their wings attached to the middle of the fuselage, NOT the tail. So if the locusts are helicopters, John forgot to mention the wings too? Saddam's helis never fired missiles once? The only shots fired in Desert Storm were by tail gunners? (PP has yet to show any pictures of Saddam's helis with tail guns and in the vid and I can't find one on the Mi-24s he used, can you?) Wiki check. 'Hurt men for five months' not kill. Again, Kuwaitis died.
v11: Their king is 'the angel of the abyss'- The pathetic human Saddam hardly fits this, he's NOT an angel. While I understand the PP theory is that Saddam's helicopters are the locusts, US helicopters are still shown in the video. The locusts are supposed to be controlled by Saddam, not the US according to the theory.
Trump 6/7: PPSIMMONS: "Haven't been fulfilled yet"

A. Yes I believe that’s correct. I think Rev. 6:17, which reads, “For the great day of their (literally His) wrath has come and who can stand?” is proof that the wrath of God begins with the Seal judgments. The verse doesn’t read “is coming” but “has come.” It’s in the past perfect tense, which makes it an accomplished fact.

Bull, it says the horses looked like lions since is a tank a horse or have a resemblance to a Lion....?
