I usually SCREAM INTO THE PHONE BEFORE, AND AFTER A CALL WHILE I'M STILL ON THE LINE, I'm sure there are more 'casual' persons to listen too as long as I contine to do that often, and it releases some tension too, TRY IT!!!!
