My hypothesis is similar with a few exceptions.
I took the meeting as still having to happen in order for the leaders of faith to come to an agreement to end war.
(I am not positive that Leaders of Faith is inclusive of the religions as Op stated that the nations rulers listen to them. In some cases they may be advisers as they have the faith of the advised but of a religion that has yet to be represented by others.)
I also took the tree to possibly be the tree of life.
I believe the Owl Tree is a symbol for the a search for or attainment of knowledge (looking for more references).
The feather is a hieroglyphic symbol of The Truth I think. (looking for more references)
There are also references to the hawk being a symbol for osirus/god (like the djed pillars).

basically what i gather from the OP:
there was some meeting (apparently the one linked to on the last few pages) where 22 leaders could have brought stability to all... but failed.
OP spoke of weights and balances... he is meaning that life works in this same manner, and the US is FAR OVER DUE.
the US invades other countries but is also being invaded by oil families and other foreign parties (for lack of a better word) at the same time. while we invade, so are we being invaded.
the flag he speaks of, im not sure of what it exactly is but i think he is talking about his message... all of humanity should be united despite our differences.
he speaks of his flag needing a pole... it needs some way to be seen.
i believe the mountain of god he refers to may be a pyramid and the bars are the light of god giving knowledge to those who can understand what is needed or being seen. this is THE WORD OF GOD.
apparently nasa and the navy know but you know they wont tell us.
as for the mention of the rosetta stone and the hieroglyphics, im not totally sure... it sounds as if he has somehow managed to dig some kind of meaning out of them that is the true word of god.
when he says "true ass communications with no ass ears" he means that this communication that he got from god is something that isnt heard... it is just known and felt.
when he says dumbass... it means that you cant see what he is speaking of nor understand it because your mind is closed.
