A weaker dollar is a good thing for the USA! Why do you think the Chinese keep their currency so grossly undervalued? They realize if they raise it manufacturing will be cheaper elsewhere and will collapse them. If we have a weaker USD we can bring manufacturing back to the states. This dollar rally since late last year has killed US steel exports. It is hurting our economy!

however when they depeg and SELL all the dollar reserves that they have they will stop the inflation.

You are moron, china also doesn't have the raw materials to maintain their manufacturing base(they import them all), they don't have enough food for well over a billion people, they don't have enough water!! 4/5s of their agriculture is irrigated with aquifers that are being quickly depleted. from africa to russia people buy and import chinese products then they sell china raw materials.

depeging is the best they can do as long the the world can see china as the new leader.

if china does not depeg they will see hyperinflation and the destruction of the yuan, not going to happen.

walmart will still be the top retailer in the world with chinese goods.
