It is absorbed through the skin and through inhalation. A very hard thing for complete removal.

NaF is the chemical fluoride form used in toothpaste and can be found as homeopathic remedy.

The safe type of NATURAL Fluoride is another FORM. It is not the toxic waste Fluoride that is being dumped into city water supplies.

there are a very few water filters and shower heads which filter fluoride. Do an internet search. I use them and know they exist. For existing fluoride in the body, I like detoxified iodine, applied topically. You can also do a net search for that.

My daily drinking water filter is a well known brand, gravity filter, with the extra drip filters. Rhymes with jerky.
