Thanks for the advice. If you want to fail, tell them that you think the phrase "there is more than one way to skin a cat" is literal and that you would like to test the hypothesis.

sometimes in psychological tests they put questions like that and mark you for lying because it's typical for people to lie, they change the wording and stuff and ask the same question several times. so if they ask you that and you say no but they look at other questions they know you are lying.

I take veterans to the VA and tell them they won't be locked up:
"Just say you don't have any desire to harm yourself or anybody else."
It's OK to say you have felt that way in the past. Just not right now.

If you are "gravely disabled" that will get you locked up to.

I almost went to a shrink once.

The nurse had these bumper stickers at the sign-in desk that said,

Support mental health, or I'll kill you.

Thought it might be a good idea to go somewhere else.

The fact that you need instructions on passing a psyche eval. speaks volumes.

Nah Dr Razrin that wont always work sometimes they wont necessarily believe your NO answer.

Works most of the time. But, if some bad people pay for this eval, it doesn't matter what you say. They ask five questions and recommend lockup.

wear only your underwear and take a shopping trolley full of junk from under the house, ask them to be quick because you have to "do stuff"

Are you serious? Do most people truly want to hurt others?
Do you understand the Karma involved?
How bizarre.

Is this irony or are you really that hypocrit?
We learn from our feelings, and thanks to our thoughts you mentioned, we do not actually hurt others fysically.
When people get very angry, they can have those feelings of wanting to hurt somebody.
Thank God we do not follow our feelings all the time, or the earth would be quite empty haha.

No you are wrong in order to pass a psychiatric test, you must say you want to hurt people, those who say they want to hurt themselves end up failing. Hurting others over yourself is pretty normal.
