As a long-term [27 yrs] Brother in the Rosicrucian Order [Sir Francis Bacon lodge/San Francisco] I can tell, Mr/Ms OP,
that you are an ignorant being with little or no understanding of that which you speak.
However: it CAN be stated with some assurance that virtually EVERY organized religion on the face of the globe accurately fits your trenchant description.
So mote it be.

It is a metaphysical based organization that can operate along side your religion, or on it's own without any prescribed religion if you so choose. Spirituality and Religion are two very different things and one usually gets a very bad rap because it often gets lumped in with the other.
