Their minds are not expansive. They've just had the fortune of a peculiar set of literature or indoctrination of some sort that they draw ideas from. They're useless in Socratic seminars. They live for living. They do not care what the rest of the world lives for. They take care of their own. They may seem cold if you are not of their own. They do not take family to be of their own; just because you share the same blood and are forced to interact does not mean you should be forced to care for a person. They don't.
