google cache question. Help! I could get fired or worse

Yes, there is worse than being fired. If you want to know, I'll elaborate later.

Enough about me being an idiot, I know that already. It was a stupid thing to do but the head of the agency is just killing my spirit with his abusive behavior. So I vented, and stupidly included his name.

The mods were nice enough to remove it literally within seconds of my request a week ago, but Google is still has a cache. The page was obviously updated, but the bots haven't replaced the cache copy.

It looks like I can get it removed via Google URL removal request, but its like reading Greek.

Any advice?
