You have to be in good shape non/smoker/drinker and take a vitamin and exercise/jog....this will allow the effect to work. It takes a couple of months without missing any doses.

I'd jog but that habbit ended when "they" came to watch.

Self experimentation, mostly. I used to smoke and whatever, but then I stopped. After about 3 months I began running 2-3 miles every other day, taking a simple multivitamin, and lifting weights everyday. This went on for about 14 months. During that time, I began taking the liquid ginkg and ginseng(liquid royal jelly too)and after about I don't know, 6 months, I began having lucid dreams, dreaming of things SECONDS before I awoke to them, having a very old and never heard song stuck in my head-then turn on the radio the same time and there's the song. Sometimes visions while awake and out of body(but that one only 2-3 times).

Where do you get these ingredients...?

Well, I live in LA county so I go down to China-town. But I think they're in chinese health food stores. They're in a long yellow box. Its made by "Prince of Peace" ebay might have it cheaper, I don't know.

I actually went looking for some ginkgo today among other things but they were all out. :(

Wanted to add it to a tea I make that could tranquilize an elephant. Skullcap, passion flower, valerian, chamomile, kava and ginkgo

I have taken Gingko for ~ 10 years but not with gingseng.
Never experienced anything like 4th dimension but mental abilities are sure boosted specially memory.
